The building is composed in an organic way, by stone walls of the Perigord, tinted wooden roofs, concrete masonry walls and floors.
Some rooms, as well as suites, are located in small separate buildings, a little away, in the forest.
The use of natural materials (low energy consumption in conditioning) and regional (limited transport) are part of the building’s High Environmental Quality.
